Deepening Our Spirituality As We Live and Work

What We Do

The Institute’s programs and services have evolved since its founding. Geared towards incorporating psychological, systems, and spiritual perspectives in meaningful ways, the Udana Institute provides an online structure for sponsoring, hosting, endorsing, and linking individuals, groups and organizations offering educational events, clinical consultations, workshops, and community service activities which address individual, institutional, social and societal problems incorporating a psycho-spiritual perspective.

Our Vision

Founded by Reverend Marilee Baccich in 2003, the Udana Institute for Spiritual Studies was established with the purpose of helping individuals and their affiliated institutions develop their spiritual lives and practice through interfaith and intercultural studies, with the goal of discovering perspectives that are transformational.

The Institute’s programs of continuing education, spiritual practice, seminar, retreat, and clinical consultation were initially designed to serve as a resource for the personal and spiritual growth of ministers, chaplains, psychotherapists, professionals, laypersons, and to anyone attempting to integrate a deeper sense of purpose and spirituality into their life at home and work.

The Meaning of Udana
